    i buy a small plant and add water and sunlight and fertilizer

    You have to make sure not to over water the plant. It should just be moist.

    Sometimes when a plant grows bigger I like to cut off a piece and root it in soil so I can grow another plant!

    Get miracle gro. it is soil and fertilizer and helps the plant grow.
